Ocean Pollution Discharge Violations: Penalties and Consequences
(II) Individuals or entities that fail to comply with the provisions of this Law regarding the discharge of pollutants into the ocean, or exceed the prescribed standards or total quantity control indicators for such discharge, shall be subject to the following consequences:
