妊娠后期多羔母羊不同营养水平对产后初乳品质及羔羊生长性能的影响论文全文

摘要：为探究不同营养水平对多羔母羊产后初乳品质及羔羊生长性能的影响，本研究选用60只妊娠后期多羔母羊，随机分为低、中、高三个营养水平组，每组20只。结果显示，高营养组母羊的初乳中蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖含量均显著高于低营养组和中营养组（P<0.05），而低营养组母羊产初乳的总固体含量显著高于中、高营养组（P<0.05）。同时，高营养组羔羊的出生体重、体重增长速度均显著高于低、中营养组（P<0.05）。因此，本研究表明，提高妊娠后期多羔母羊的营养水平可以显著提高其产初乳的品质，同时也可以促进羔羊的生长发育。

Effects of Different Nutrient Levels on Colostrum Quality and Lamb Growth Performance of Multiparous Ewes in Late Pregnancy

Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of different nutrient levels on colostrum quality and lamb growth performance of multiparous ewes in late pregnancy, 60 ewes were randomly divided into three groups: low, medium and high nutrient level groups, with 20 ewes in each group. The results showed that the protein, fat and lactose content in colostrum of high nutrient group was significantly higher than that of low and medium nutrient groups (P<0.05), while the total solids content in colostrum of low nutrient group was significantly higher than that of medium and high nutrient groups (P<0.05). At the same time, the birth weight and weight gain rate of lambs in high nutrient group were significantly higher than those in low and medium nutrient groups (P<0.05). Therefore, this study indicates that improving the nutrient level of multiparous ewes in late pregnancy can significantly improve the quality of their colostrum, and also promote the growth and development of lambs.
