This module is designed for managing IC card information. Users can click on the "Add IC Card" button and input the information shown in Figure 5.10. After successful addition, the system will redirect to the interface shown in Figure 5.11. In the management interface, users can search based on IC card number, parking spot number, user name, and license plate number, as well as perform edit and delete operations accordingly.
