We would like to express our gratitude for your understanding of our company's situation and the numerous negotiations with the property owners.

According to our previous communication, our company is willing to provide a valid certificate for one hour fire-resistant doors (excluding the original door frame) manufactured by us. In line with our goal to assist customers in resolving issues to the best of our ability, our company will not charge any fees for this service.

However, please be advised that once our company provides the fire-resistant door certificate, we will not be held responsible for any further issues related to this matter. Even if the property owner has additional requests after receiving the certificate, our company will not be held liable. Our company will only provide a valid and standard fire-resistant door certificate, which is applicable to the fire-resistant doors installed by our company in the old office of unit G, 14/F, Tower B, World Tech Centre, excluding the original door frame.

If the fire-resistant door is still in use despite being known to be non-compliant, all risks and responsibilities will be borne by the user and the owner, and our company will not assume any responsibility in any capacity.

Once your company confirms the terms, we will issue the relevant certificate immediately, indicating that the property owner has been notified of the terms mentioned above.
