Due to less than half of the goods being put into production and the final disposal plan for the severely damaged goods not yet being determined, the consignee has not disclosed their estimated losses. However, the consignee recently indicated that the extent of the goods' damage was more severe than initially expected. As a result, we anticipate that the consignee's claim may exceed the guarantee amount. Although we do not currently have assay data for the goods, our experience suggests that it is unlikely that the severely damaged goods will be considered a total loss
