Regarding the consignee's claim Based on our previous experience with this consignee, they usually make substantial claims for heat damage (referencing MV ACRA & MV PRABHU PUNI). If they insist that there is a product quality loss in this case, their claim may not be less than the amount of security (RMB 9.5m).
