摘要:
本文研究了Perc电池背抛光效果对背膜膜层工艺的影响。通过对不同抛光时间的电池进行研究,得出了抛光时间对电池光电转换效率的影响。结果表明,抛光时间越长,电池的光电转换效率越高。同时,抛光时间对背膜膜层的形成也有一定的影响。本文还对背膜膜层工艺进行了分析,并提出了优化方案,以提高电池的光电转换效率。

Abstract:
This paper studies the effect of Perc battery back polishing on the back film layer process. By studying batteries with different polishing times, the effect of polishing time on the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery is obtained. The results show that the longer the polishing time, the higher the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery. At the same time, the polishing time also has a certain effect on the formation of the back film layer. This paper also analyzes the back film layer process and proposes an optimization plan to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery.
