Container Temperature Exceeded Limits Before and After Carrier Transport: Potential Damage Not Carrier Responsibility

After reviewing the temperature records, it is evident that the temperature inside the container met the requirements stated in the bill of lading during transportation from CY to CY.

However, it should be noted that the temperature inside the container exceeded +20 ℃ before the gate-in at the loading port and after the gate-out at the discharging port. Consequently, we are inclined to believe that the damage to the goods might have occurred during the period preceding the gate-in at the loading port and following the gate-out at the discharging port, rather than being the carrier's responsibility.
