With the development of big data, Internet of Things, and intelligent technology, our lifestyles have become increasingly intelligent and networked. Many jobs that used to require manual operations can now be implemented through the network, while also providing users with more convenient and comfortable services. In this context, China's property service industry has also experienced rapid development. However, traditional property management methods have some problems, such as high management costs, low efficiency, and conflicts with homeowners. Therefore, this system is based on traditional communities and improves the property service system, aiming to assist property workers and community residents in providing better services.
The system is mainly divided into four modules, including the backend database module, the frontend client module, the backend management module, and the embedded control module, with functions including online payment, complaint suggestions, repair applications, community announcements, parking management, intelligent streetlights and access control. The backend database module is implemented using springboot, springmvc, mybatisplus, and MySQL. The frontend client module is designed using the vue framework and the elementUI component library. The backend management module is implemented using LayUI, Vue, jQuery, and Vue's frontend component library Element-UI. The embedded control module uses stm32 as the core, K210 processing architecture, IIC serial bus and SPI serial interface, and UART transmitter combination to systematically control the devices in the community.
This article focuses on the design and implementation of the frontend client module, and tests and improves various functional modules. Through testing, this system has a concise and user-friendly interactive interface, allowing users to pay housing fees, timely understand community notifications, repair housing or community facilities, make complaints or suggestions on community management, and pay for parking, providing convenient and efficient services for community residents
