Teaching Process:

1. Warm-up: (5 minutes)

• Greet the students and ask them how they are feeling today.
• Review the previous lesson on shapes by asking the students to name some shapes they learned.
• Introduce the topic of the lesson: "Today, we will be learning about colors."

2. Presentation: (15 minutes)

• Introduce the colors by showing flashcards or real objects that represent each color (e.g. red apple, blue sky, green grass, yellow banana).
• Repeat the name of each color several times and ask the students to repeat after you.
• Use sentences to describe the colors (e.g. This apple is red. The sky is blue. The grass is green. The banana is yellow.)
• Use gestures and facial expressions to enhance understanding.

3. Practice: (20 minutes)

• Give each student a set of colored objects (e.g. blocks, pencils, balls) and ask them to sort the objects by color.
• Ask the students to name the colors of the objects as they sort them.
• Play a game of "I Spy" by saying "I spy with my little eye something that is (color)" and asking the students to guess what object matches that description.
• Sing a song or chant about colors, such as "The Rainbow Song" or "Color, Color, What Do You See?"

4. Assessment: (10 minutes)

• Ask each student to name a color and point to an object in the classroom that is that color.
• Evaluate the students' ability to correctly identify colors by observing their sorting and guessing games.

5. Closure: (5 minutes)

• Recap the lesson by asking the students to name some of the colors they learned.
• End the lesson by thanking the students for their participation and enthusiasm
