本论文研究了温度传感器插入导热块深度对微流控仪器自身温度准确度的影响。通过实验测量不同深度下的温度变化,并分析数据得出结论:温度传感器插入导热块深度越深,测量温度的准确度越高。同时,不同材质的导热块对于温度测量的影响也有所差异。本研究的结果可以为微流控仪器的温度控制提供实验依据和参考。

Abstract:

This paper studies the impact of the depth of temperature sensor insertion into a thermal conductive block on the accuracy of the temperature measurement of microfluidic instruments. By measuring the temperature changes at different depths through experiments and analyzing the data, it is concluded that the deeper the temperature sensor is inserted into the thermal conductive block, the higher the accuracy of the temperature measurement. At the same time, different materials of thermal conductive blocks also have different effects on temperature measurement. The results of this study can provide experimental basis and reference for temperature control of microfluidic instruments.
