QLU-C10D Detects Improvement in Health Conditions: Analysis of Effect Size and Standardized Response Mean

Table 5 displays the average changes and effect size (ES) for the improved group and the unchanged or worsened group. In the subgroup with improved health conditions, QLU-C10D was able to significantly detect the degree of improvement (ES=0.90>0.80, indicating a strong response). The Standardized Response Mean (SRM) of 0.62 suggests a moderate effect or improvement in C10D. In the Unchanged or Worsened group, the data is not statistically significant (P>0.05), and the ES is also relatively low.
