The Amazon Global Selling team in China is seeking a driven and customer-focused Seller Quality Program Operation Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing seller account health concerns, analyzing data to identify issues and trends, and developing solutions to improve the seller experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with strong communication skills in both English and Chinese. They must possess exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they must be customer-obsessed with a passion for working backwards from the needs of the field.

Experience in a fast-paced, analytical, result-oriented environment is a must, and experience in product management or PMO roles is preferred. Knowledge of basic SQL and Salesforce is a plus.
