With the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the home appliance market is gradually becoming prosperous. However, as the competition in the home appliance market intensifies, some enterprises have encountered problems in their management, and inadequate internal control is one of the main reasons. Only with a reasonable and complete internal control system can enterprises stand out in future development and competition. At the same time, a sound internal control system can help companies manage and govern themselves more scientifically, implement their strategic policies better, improve efficiency, and reduce risks. After the release of the "Basic Norms for Enterprise Internal Control", the development of China's internal control system has become clearer, accelerating the pace of each enterprise's internal control development. Therefore, how to improve the internal control of home appliance manufacturing enterprises to promote their healthy development has become a worthwhile issue to consider and study. Taking Gree Electric Appliances as an example, this article analyzes the problems existing in Gree's internal control and proposes corresponding improvement measures, in order to promote the improvement of the internal control level of China's home appliance manufacturing enterprises
