Daily operational activities include hardware and software updates, network lifecycle management, change management, customer support/helpdesk for operational issues and event management, network monitoring and performance management through tracking network KPIs (key performance indicators) for daily onsite and remote operations, access to operational data for local and global level analysis, onsite local support, providing support for implementation and initial event troubleshooting when necessary, providing service operation reports including event statistics, and holding operational meetings with BASF employees
