In this article, we will not differentiate between BALs with a width of 500-2000 km s-1 and Mini BALs (Hamann and Sabra 2004). This is because the absorption index between these two types is continuously distributed (e.g. Trump et al. 2006; Ganguly and Brotherton 2008; Gibson et al. 2009), and there are instances where the source can transition from Mini BAL to BAL (e.g. Rodríguez Hidalgo et al. 2013).
