Well, I remember having an unusual meal a couple of years ago when I was visiting Japan. I was with my friend who is a local and she took me to a restaurant that served insects as a delicacy. Yes, you heard that right, insects!

We sat down at the table and were presented with a menu that had pictures of different insects like crickets, grasshoppers, and beetles. My friend recommended that we try the fried crickets and grasshoppers, which were served with a spicy sauce.

To be honest, I was hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a try. When the dish arrived, I couldn't believe that I was about to eat insects. But, I must say, the taste was surprisingly good. The insects were crispy and had a nutty flavor that went well with the sauce.
