In order to address the issues caused by NOI abuse, we proposed a policy-oriented reduction goal to enhance the precision of internal tooling and minimize the obstacles for malicious users. As a result, we successfully encouraged APAC TSE to adopt a HVL FP reduction goal (xxx) and commit to driving it in 2023, aiming to solve the problems associated with NOI abuse in a systematic manner.
