In this study, we developed a new CL immunoassay method for the high sensitivity and specificity detection of THC, using a metal nanoenzyme Co-TCPP(Fe) and 2D MOF, which is more stable and cost-effective compared to natural protein enzymes. The unique physicochemical properties of the method result in a high sensitivity during detection. The use of sea urchin-shaped AuNPs can improve the THC-BSA binding capacity. After optimizing the reaction conditions and comparing the results with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, the method showed good selectivity, accuracy, reproducibility, sensitivity, and stability in detecting THC in cannabis samples. Overall, this method has great reliability and widespread application potential for practical sample detection
