Ultrasonic Intensified Collision Flow Reactor for Nano Zirconia Synthesis
Study on the Preparation of Nano Zirconia by Ultrasonic Intensified Collision Flow Reactor
This research investigates the preparation of nano zirconia using an ultrasonic intensified collision flow reactor. This innovative approach aims to control the particle size and achieve desirable properties for nano zirconia applications. The study explores the mechanism of particle formation and growth under ultrasonic cavitation and collision flow conditions. The effects of key process parameters, such as ultrasonic power, flow rate, and precursor concentration, on the particle size, morphology, and crystallinity of the synthesized nano zirconia are investigated. The results demonstrate the potential of this method for efficient and controlled synthesis of nano zirconia with tailored properties.
