给申请的学校发一封英文邮件。询问如果我不能在8月15号之前提交最终的成绩单和学位证是否会影响我入学。因为我的本科学校利兹大学可能在12月的时候才发放最终成绩单和学位证。如果不能按时提交可以申请延期一年入学吗？
