Cooperation Agreement

This agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on [date] by and between [company name], a company organized and existing under the laws of [country], with its principal place of business at [address] (hereinafter referred to as "Company A"), and [company name], a company organized and existing under the laws of [country], with its principal place of business at [address] (hereinafter referred to as "Company B").

Term and Termination This Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall remain in full force and effect until [termination date] or until terminated by either party upon [notice period].
