Through surveys and analysis of rural primary school students, the researchers employed both quantitative and qualitative research methods, combining questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, to understand the psychological stress faced by students in 'moral education' practices and to discuss the role of 'moral education' in alleviating students' psychological stress.

The study found that rural primary school students generally experience psychological stress, mainly in the form of academic pressure, family pressure, and social pressure. However, through the intervention of 'moral education' practices, students' psychological stress has been effectively alleviated.
