In 2022, SQ achieved its first CN data visibility and discovered that over 80% of NOI reinstatements were attributed to "FARO" and "Error" reason codes. By correlating NOI data with anecdotal escalations, we were able to shift from a reactive, case-by-case mentality to proactive solutioning. This approach garnered support from APAC TSE and led us to launch a NOI listing enforcement dashboard. We also worked with the WW BP FARO team to update the FARO ML model, which helped to sideline potential FARO submitters targeting CN sellers.
