AIS患者骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化能力降低及其机制研究

In this study, we found that the osteogenic differentiation ability of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) from AIS patients was lower than that of the control group BMSCs. Additionally, the expression of osteogenic-related proteins Runx2 and OCN was significantly reduced in AIS patients. Therefore, we further analyzed the key genes and their mechanisms that may affect the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs in AIS patients.
