March 22 is the 31st "World Water Day," and March 22 to March 28 is the 36th "China Water Week." This year, the theme for the promotion of "World Water Day" and "China Water Week" is "saving water resources and ensuring water safety." In order to cultivate good water-saving habits among teachers and students in daily life, enhance their awareness of water conservation, and achieve the goal of building a water-saving campus, Dengzhuang Primary School decided to launch a water conservation education campaign among teachers and students, taking "World Water Day" and "China Water Week" as an opportunity to promote water conservation. The following work was carried out:

1. Leadership attention, establishment of a leadership group, and formulation of a plan.

The main leaders of our school attach great importance to the promotion of "World Water Day" and "China Water Week." In the annual work arrangement, this promotion activity was included in the school's key work in March, and a plan was specially made to create the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the promotion activity.

2. Diverse forms and extensive promotion

Under the organization and command of the school leadership and personal participation, our school carried out various forms of promotion and learning activities based on the formulated "World Water Day" and "China Water Week" promotion plan and our own characteristics.

(1) On March 25, theme class meetings were held in each class to call for water conservation, rational use of water, and to deepen correct water usage concepts among students. At the same time, they were also encouraged to promote widely in their families.

(2) During "China Water Week" from March 22 to March 28, our school posted theme promotional posters, speeches under the national flag, and various forms of propaganda to widely promote the slogans and legal knowledge of 20 years of "World Water Day" and "China Water Week."

(3) During "China Water Week," all teachers focused on studying relevant laws and regulations such as the "Water Law of the People's Republic of China," the newly revised "Soil and Water Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China," and the newly promulgated "Administrative Compulsion Law of the People's Republic of China."

Through this promotion activity for "World Water Day" and "China Water Week," the awareness and understanding of water resources among teachers and students were significantly improved, and their awareness of water laws and regulations was enhanced. It is believed that this can promote the rational utilization of the earth's water resources.
