During my internship, I received training on ESG and data extraction. Under the guidance of a data analyst, I was responsible for annotating and reviewing ESG-related data from annual reports and CSR reports of companies listed on NASDAQ, Hong Kong, and Singapore stock exchanges. I also collected and organized specified information from corporate governance documents to assist in data quality control and resolve data quality issues. In addition, I assisted with various tasks related to data development and machine extraction feasibility and implementation plans. Throughout my internship, I successfully completed over 100 annual reports and CSR reports, exceeding my KPIs and improving my sensitivity to data. Using the STAR method, I highlighted my specific actions, the tasks I was responsible for, the results achieved, and the impact of my work.
