During the summer social internship in the Employment Bureau, as a Chinese master's student, I participated in the development of the overall plan for a nursing vocational skills competition. The key points of my social practice record are:

1. Understanding the importance of vocational skills competitions in promoting the development of the nursing industry and improving the quality of nursing services.

2. Conducting research on the current situation and trends of the nursing industry in China, including the demand for nursing talents, the challenges faced by nursing professionals, and the development of nursing education and training.

3. Designing the competition format, rules, and evaluation criteria based on the characteristics of the nursing profession and the needs of the industry.

4. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, such as nursing schools, hospitals, and professional associations, to promote the competition and ensure its success.

5. Developing a comprehensive plan for the competition, including the selection of participants, the training and preparation of contestants, the organization of the competition, and the evaluation and recognition of winners.
