摘要:本文研究了7075铝合金表面机械研磨前后的力学性能变化。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和万能材料试验机等手段对研磨前后的7075铝合金进行了表面形貌、晶体结构和力学性能等方面的分析。结果表明,研磨前后的7075铝合金表面形貌有所改变,晶体结构也发生了变化,同时力学性能也有所提高。研磨后的7075铝合金表面粗糙度减小,晶粒尺寸变细,硬度和屈服强度均有所提高。

Abstract: This paper studies the changes in the mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy before and after mechanical polishing of its surface. The surface morphology, crystal structure and mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy before and after polishing were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and universal material testing machine. The results show that the surface morphology of 7075 aluminum alloy before and after polishing has changed, the crystal structure has also changed, and the mechanical properties have also improved. After polishing, the surface roughness of 7075 aluminum alloy is reduced, the grain size is refined, and the hardness and yield strength are improved.
