By measuring and analyzing key parameters of the traction network in typical road segments, reference [16] constructed a mathematical model for the traction return current using the fully parallel AT power supply method in MATLAB/Simulink. The model does not take into account the AT leakage reactance and up and down mutual inductance. The fully parallel AT traction power supply system was simulated using this model, and the simulated traction return current values were compared with experimental results to confirm the accuracy of the simulation model.
