Comprehensive land consolidation throughout the region is not only a prerequisite for the transformation and renovation of village space, but also the basic support for the development of village industry. Under the guidance of comprehensive land consolidation throughout the region, the coordinated development of rural industry and space has become a development focus. However, at present, some rural areas still have a low degree of integration of the tertiary industry and insufficient construction of rural landscape, especially in the Longdong area of Gansu Province. Although many studies have focused on rural industry or rural space issues, the exploration of the coordinated development path of rural industry and space under the guidance of comprehensive land consolidation throughout the region is still inadequate. Therefore, this article takes comprehensive land consolidation throughout the region as the guidance, clarifies the interaction mechanism between comprehensive land consolidation throughout the region and industry and space, and mainly analyzes three typical villages in the Longdong area to evaluate and extract common problems qualitatively and quantitatively, explore the coordinated development path of rural industry and space under the guidance of comprehensive land consolidation throughout the region, and introduce landscape fragmentation degree to calculate the related quantitative indicators of village land fragmentation degree before and after land consolidation to verify the feasibility of the path, so as to better promote the coordinated development of rural industry and space and promote rural revitalization.
