MCID Mapping and Seller Contact Strategy for Unclaimed Brands
For the next steps, I have submitted a Service Improvement Management (SIM) request to the Operations team in order to align the Marketing Customer Identification (MCID) with the China business team and Account Managers (AMs) to determine the appropriate contact persons. Initially, I will explore the possibility of utilizing the business team to establish communication with the Sellers and gain insights into their motivations. Additionally, I will address the issue of unclaimed brands without MCIDs with Arvind, suggesting that this be taken into consideration during the brand stamping process.
