In March, we strengthened engagement for our business teams by improving channels. We launched SQ&C x RoA to address pain points and provide updates, metric support, and training. We revamped AM POCs to Master POCs for NSR to streamline communication and accelerate results. We combined all programs into a bi-weekly meeting for alignment. For AM, we merged OH and Compliance OH to provide a platform for general Account Health questions. SQ delivered 6 OH sessions and answered 31 questions in Q1'23.
