The EORTC QLU-C10D, a newly developed cancer-specific preference-based measure, has been the subject of previous cross-sectional studies comparing its measurement properties with those of 3L and 5L. However, these studies provide limited insights into the long-term measurement properties of QLU-C10D. This longitudinal study was designed to address this gap by assessing the reliability and responsiveness of C10D in breast cancer patients. Furthermore, to enhance cultural adaptability, the study employed value sets specifically developed for C10D and 5L in China, making the scales more targeted and capable of accurately evaluating the condition and treatment effects of Chinese patients. This approach ensures the reliability and comparability of the data while promoting the use of culturally appropriate measures.
