We performed high-throughput sequencing analysis on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) from patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) to detect differentially expressed mRNA and circRNA. Our goal was to identify key genes that may be involved in abnormal bone development in AIS patients.
