Introduction Gliomas are the most common primary tumors in central nervous system1 Traditionally gliomas can be classified into grades I-IV according to the World Health Organization WHO based on hist
mphatic function non-invasively and efficiently12. In this study, we aimed to investigate whether there are differences in glymphatic function between IDH1-mutant and wild-type gliomas, as well as between different grades of gliomas, using DTI-ALPS. The findings of this study may provide insights into the potential role of the glymphatic system in glioma pathogenesis and help to improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis and prognosis of gliomas.
