In recent years, with the continuous innovation and progress of technology, the logistics industry has developed rapidly, and warehouse management optimization has become extremely urgent, requiring us to take it seriously and take action to solve it. In this field, there are problems such as low warehouse space utilization, low logistics efficiency, insufficient precision in goods tracking and management, and poor human resource management. This article takes the warehouse management problems of Sanzhi Songshu in Zhaoqing City as the research object, and proposes optimization solutions for the current situation and problems of warehouse management, including process optimization measures, employee management optimization solutions, and warehouse equipment management optimization solutions, to solve the existing problems. The optimization measures proposed in this article are feasible and effective, and provide valuable reference for the warehouse management of Sanzhi Songshu in Zhaoqing City.
