新冠疫情下大学生人格特质、社会支持与应激反应的关系 论文

摘要：

本研究旨在探讨新冠疫情下大学生人格特质、社会支持与应激反应之间的关系。采用问卷调查法，对全国不同地区的大学生进行了调查。结果显示，大学生的人格特质、社会支持与应激反应之间存在着显著的关系。具体来说，趋向完美主义和神经质特质与应激反应呈正相关，外向性和开放性特质与应激反应呈负相关。同时，社会支持对应激反应具有显著的缓解作用。本研究的结果有助于进一步了解大学生在疫情期间的心理状态，为心理健康干预提供参考。

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between personality traits, social support, and stress responses among college students during the COVID-19 pandemic. A questionnaire survey was conducted on college students from different regions of China. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between personality traits, social support, and stress responses among college students. Specifically, perfectionism and neuroticism were positively correlated with stress responses, while extraversion and openness were negatively correlated with stress responses. At the same time, social support had a significant buffering effect on stress responses. The results of this study can help to further understand the psychological state of college students during the pandemic and provide reference for psychological health interventions.
