Ingredients:
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 4 packages of cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
- 1 1/4 cups of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup of sour cream
- 1/3 cup of heavy cream
Instructions:

Remove the cheesecake from the oven, and let it cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and garnish with fresh berries or whipped cream. Enjoy!
