AWS vs. Oracle VPS: Best Option for Project Deployment

I recently had a conversation with the AWS UF liaisons and they expressed their willingness to collaborate with us, specifically if our data involves PHI. They assured me that they have an entire set of HIPPA compliant protocols in place.

Moreover, they have also offered us some credits if we choose to deploy our project on their servers. However, I am still awaiting their charging rate, which they have yet to provide.

Alternatively, we could consider exploring their free EC2 service. It is important to note, though, that EC2 has certain limitations in terms of computational power and memory.

Furthermore, Nancy and I have discussed various options for deploying this project and we have come to a mutual agreement that we could potentially utilize the free tier Oracle VPS, provided our data does not contain PHI.
