Abstract: This paper introduces the construction and practice of the excellent talent training system in the food industry. Firstly, the basic situation and training objectives of the food industry are introduced. Then, the development trend of the food industry and the requirements for talents are analyzed. Next, the system of excellent talent training in the food industry is proposed, including curriculum setting, teaching methods, practical links and assessment methods. Finally, combined with practical cases, the implementation effect and problems of the excellent talent training system in the food industry are discussed, and the prospects for the future are put forward.
