摘要:本研究采用镍钛合金作为基底材料,通过聚合多巴胺的方法制备了聚合多巴胺载铜膜,并将其应用于输尿管内。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪等手段对材料进行表征,结果表明,聚合多巴胺载铜膜具有良好的表面形貌和化学组成。通过体外细胞实验和动物实验评估了材料的生物相容性和抗菌性能,结果表明,聚合多巴胺载铜膜具有良好的生物相容性和抗菌性能,对于预防输尿管感染具有潜在的应用价值。

Application and Biocompatibility of Polydopamine-Copper Coated Nickel-Titanium Alloy in Ureter

Abstract: In this study, a polydopamine-copper coated film was prepared by using nickel-titanium alloy as the substrate material, and it was applied in the ureter. The material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and other methods. The results showed that the polydopamine-copper coated film had good surface morphology and chemical composition. The biocompatibility and antibacterial properties of the material were evaluated by in vitro cell experiments and animal experiments. The results showed that the polydopamine-copper coated film had good biocompatibility and antibacterial properties, and had potential application value in preventing ureteral infection.
