1.合作商应合法经营，遵守国家法律法规和各项规章制度，不得从事任何违法违规的活动。

2.合作商应建立健全内部管理制度，确保企业经营的合法性和规范性。

The partner enterprise shall abide by business ethics, compete fairly, and maintain market order.

5.合作商应加强知识产权保护，不得侵犯他人知识产权。

The partner enterprise shall strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

6.合作商应加强环境保护，遵守环保法律法规，减少对环境的负面影响。

7.合作商应加强职工安全生产教育，提高职工安全意识，保障职工安全健康。

8.合作商应保护消费者个人信息，不得泄露、篡改、盗用消费者个人信息。

本函一式两份，双方各执一份，自签署之日起生效。

This letter is in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and shall come into effect from the date of signature.
