The morning was spent exploring Bamei Village, which had undergone some changes with the addition of more guesthouses and new houses around the old banyan tree. We left around 10 am and took a short boat ride to the second pier before returning to the Bamei Tourist Center. After a short break, we decided to take the HeXi Highway from Xilin to Baise. We stopped for lunch in Xilin and then entered the highway at Puhe Station. We exited at Yongle Station in Baise and paid a toll of 127.32 yuan. We rested at the Jiangbin Park in Youjiang District before having dinner. I tried fishing in the river but didn't catch anything. After dinner, we dropped off Xiaohong at a business hotel on Binhe Road and charged our batteries while washing up. We slept in our respective cars for the night.
