Trying to take shortcuts and deceive oneself and others will have predictable consequences. Consider that the trend of artificial intelligence (AI) is to simplify tasks. Therefore, when studying practical English courses, should one focus on effectively improving listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translating skills, rather than just passing various exams?

The problem of 'overcompetition' has existed for a long time. 2200 years ago, Han Feizi wrote, 'Therefore, the people are numerous, but goods are scarce; their efforts are laborious, but their support is meager. Therefore, the people compete, and even with double rewards and multiple punishments, they cannot avoid chaos.' So how can we seek breakthroughs? Firstly, college students must bid farewell to 'coasting along' and strive not to be easily replaceable in the future job market. Secondly, universities must strengthen their awareness of educational services, keep pace with the times, and spare no effort to make their 'products' highly sought after in the job market. Lastly, the global community, bearing in mind the original intention of seeking the well-being of the people, should create more job opportunities.
