In the work, we combined multi-material 3D printing with a functional gradient design to propose an E-P-E gradient structure, which significantly improves the tear resistance of flexible electronic substrates. The E-P-E structure combines the advantages of PDMS and Ecoflex, and at the same time possesses excellent rebound elasticity and crack insensitivity, which demonstrates a strong overall mechanical performance.
