With the rapid growth of the Internet of Things (IoTs), there is a growing need for strong physically unclonable functions (SPUFs) in authentication applications on terminal devices [1]. However, SPUFs are vulnerable to machine learning (ML) attacks as they have an open-access interface. Furthermore, the highly intricate circuit design needed for ML attack resistance results in a large area, high power consumption, and low reliability. Consequently, the design of SPUFs that can be utilized in a real authentication scenario remains a challenging task.
