Abstract: As a new model of enterprise financial management, financial shared service center has been widely applied. However, in practice, financial shared service center also has some problems, which affect its operational efficiency and financial management quality. Taking Dongfeng Group as an example, this paper explores the problems existing in the financial shared service center and proposes corresponding solutions. The main problems include the unsmooth operation process, unreasonable organizational structure, incomplete information system, and low personnel quality. The proposed solutions include optimizing the operation process of the financial shared service center, redesigning the organizational structure, improving the information system construction, and strengthening personnel training and quality improvement. Through the summary of the practical experience of Dongfeng Group, this paper provides some useful references for the operation of financial shared service centers in other enterprises.
