This paper takes Dongfeng Group as an example to analyze the problems and solutions of financial shared service center. Firstly, the background and development status of financial shared service center are introduced. Then, the problems of financial shared service center are analyzed in depth, including non-standard process, poor information sharing, and low personnel quality. Finally, a series of solutions are proposed, such as optimizing process, strengthening information sharing, and improving personnel quality. This paper has certain reference value for the development of financial shared service center.
