Title Translation: The basic structure and genome composition of mitochondrial genomes in the subfamily Dexiinae (Tachinidae) are consistent with other species of Tachinidae. The full length of mitochondrial genomes in ten Dexiinae species ranges from 14,832 bp (Thelaira macropus) to 16,616 bp (Thelaira chrysopruinosa). The use of high A or T content codons is more prevalent. A tRNA gene cluster rearrangement in the genus Thelaira was observed for the first time in Tachinidae. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that Tachinidae and Exoristinae are monophyletic, Dexiinae is paraphyletic, and Tachininae and Phasiinae are polyphyletic. Bioinformatics predictions showed that all 13 mitochondrial genome encoded proteins are hydrophobic transmembrane proteins with phosphorylation and glycosylation modification sites.
